My Fitness Essentials
Fitness classes have become a big part of my everyday routine. Since my 9-5 is home based, it allows me a chance to get out of the house while starting my day off right. Sharing some of my best fitness essentials that I’ve been using consistently for the past few months.
Pre-Workout & Vegan Protein
I’m not a big morning person however getting my workout done first thing has been a game changer. For the longest time I drank coffee prior to my workout to get a boost of energy after having multiple bad experiences with pre-workout. About a year ago I found Bloom supplements which is a business run by a young couple based in California. Her transformation story is beyond inspiring and she uses her own products in her everyday life which is always a good sign. I purchase most of my supplements through them including pre-workout and vegan protein.
Pre-Workout: My favorite flavors are glacier ice, rainbow ice, and watermelon lime

Tennis Shoes
If I can give you one major piece of advice, invest in quality shoes!! I go to a variety of gyms which include HIIT, treadmills, weight lifting, etc. I have yet to find one shoe that fits all different locations however I’ve narrowed it down to three of my favorites.
Hoka - I wear for Orange Theory or while running outside.
Nike Metcon 4 - Used for F45 or any cross-training days that involve both weight training and cardio
APL Techloom Pro - My absolute favorite shoe for weigh training!
Clothes
Similar to the tennis shoes, I have favorite depending on which gym I’m going to. My top three places to shop are Amazon, Lululemon and Athleta. Below are my current favorite items. For reference, I’m 5’11”, 31” waist and 170 pounds.

Gym Backpack
I keep my gym backpack fully stocked so I’m prepared for any occasion. Extra sports bra, face wipes, deodorant, the list goes on (stay tuned for my blog post on that). I purchased this lululemon backpack two years ago and it has been the best purchase. Multiple compartments which allows me to separate my shoes and clothes from the main area.
